Recipe: Freeze Dried Cranberry Powder Dessert

Ingredients:

• 1 cup freeze-dried cranberry powder
• 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
• 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
• Fresh cranberries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the freeze-dried cranberry powder, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup. Stir well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
2. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired. The tartness of the cranberry powder can vary, so adjust the sweetness to your liking.
3. Once the mixture is well combined and sweetened to your preference, divide it into serving bowls or glasses.
4. Optionally, garnish the dessert with fresh cranberries for a pop of color and added texture.
5. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to chill.
